At first I was unsure of the material, this model is a slightly translucent white, and my other models are a grey color. If you work in low light, this light alabaster material is actually pretty good for seeing detail. It's got some kind of wash on it that makes crevices and depressions more visible. The material is slightly translucent, so it's good reference for seeing what parts of the body glow when backlit.
